Reinelde Herburger est la (co-)fondatrice de la société Johann Hagen. Cette entreprise autrichienne a produit et exporté des broderies haut-de-gamme pour notamment la lingerie partout dans le monde, du Royaume-Uni à l’Amérique du Sud, en Afrique comme en Asie.
Sur le conseil de sa mère, elle a fondé cette entreprise avec son frère quand elle avait 20 ans seulement (après la 2nde guerre mondiale, en 1952), après son parcours scolaire (baccalauréat) et deux brefs séjours linguistiques. Cette entreprise familiale a été domiciliée dans une région connue pour sa filière textile et a connu de nombreux succès.

Reinelde Herburger is the (co-)founder of the company Johann Hagen, an Austrian business specialising in high-quality embroideries, particularly for lingerie.
When she was just 20 years old (in 1952, post 2nd world war) and had finished her education (A-levels) she founded the business together with her brother on the advice and ideas of her mother.
Based in a region in western Austria reknown for its textile businesses and expertise, the business exported successfully to numerous countries, from the UK and other European countries to South America, numerous countries in Asia as well as in Africa.
In this podcast, Mrs. Herburger tells us about her vast experience as an entrepreneur, about trust and confidence, about responsibility.
