Gemma Wakeham is the co-founder and director of Two Drifters Distillery, a carbon negative rum distillery based in Devon in the United Kingdom. Together with her husband Russ Wakeham, they founded the distillery with the aim to create delicious rum without impacting the planet.

Every aspect of the supply and production chain has been thought out to minimise carbon emissions. And on top of that, they also have a self-imposed carbon tax, which they pay to Climeworks, a carbon capture and removal company.
