The episode description is : As part of the Audencia Corporate Entrepreneurship Podcast, International MBA 2024-25 students hosted an engaging discussion on the challenges and opportunities of intrapreneurship within organizations. Hosted by Devendra, a sports management professional, the episode featured insights from three fellow MBA students: Hirono; automobile professional from Japan, Khunsathy; a serial entrepreneur and facilities management specialist from Cambodia, and Shashikant; IT software developer and entrepreneur from India. The conversation explored critical topics, including why employees struggle to become intrapreneurs in large corporations and how this can be changed, the role of organizational culture in fostering innovation, and how companies allocate resources and assess risk when approving entrepreneurial initiatives. Through diverse industry perspectives, the podcast shed light on the barriers to corporate entrepreneurship and practical ways to cultivate an intrapreneurial mindset within firms.
